Take the order in store. Get it to the wholesaler without re-keying.
Reps build orders from each store's price list, with case quantities, deals and a signature, even offline. Turn-in orders go straight to the wholesaler, checked, confirmed and followed up automatically.
Orders taken on paper get lost on the way to the warehouse.
Every part of the order, from cart to confirmation.
The order on the phone. The status in Salesforce.
Reps build the order from the store's price list, adjust case quantities, and capture the store's signature before submitting.
Head office sees which turn-in orders were received, sent or retried, and which need attention.
From the store floor to the distribution center, without re-keying.
In consumer goods, a lot of orders are turn-in orders. A brand's field rep visits a retail store, agrees an order with the store manager, and "turns it in" to the wholesaler's distribution center (DC), which fulfills it.
That handoff is usually where things go wrong:
Reps write orders down, then email, phone or upload them later. Each step is another chance for errors and delays.
No re-keying, and every order is checked against the wholesaler's rules before sending.
Wholesaler systems often accept an order and drop it later if the store number or a product code is wrong, with no alert. Nobody finds out until the store says its stock never arrived.
Orders aren't silently dropped downstream. Failed orders are retried automatically, and partly received orders aren't resent.
Stores and reps can't easily show what was ordered, when it was sent, or which reference to quote when they chase it.
Stores and reps get a signed confirmation with a transmission reference to quote.
Managers can't tell which orders went through, which failed, or why.
Order status, logs and failure alerts let head office manage the exceptions without chasing reps.
How it works
FieldKo connects the rep's order directly to the wholesaler's ordering system. The rep takes the order in the FieldKo mobile app, and FieldKo checks it, sends it, confirms it was received and follows up, automatically.
- 1Take the order in store. The rep builds the order in the FieldKo app from the store's own price list, with case quantities, deals and discounts. The store can sign on the device. It works offline and syncs when the device is back online.
- 2Only complete orders are sent.FieldKo holds each order until every line item has synced, so a half-finished order is never sent to the wholesaler.
- 3Checks before sending.FieldKo checks every order before it leaves: a valid store number, a valid region, a recognized product code on every line, and sensible quantities. Problems are flagged while they can still be fixed, not after the store waits for stock that never comes.
- 4Automatic sending.Checked orders go to the wholesaler automatically, every 15 minutes by default. The rep doesn't need to do anything else.
- 5Confirmation of receipt.FieldKo checks the wholesaler's response against what was sent, line by line and case by case, and records the transmission reference. If an order was only partly received, FieldKo stops it being resent so the store doesn't get duplicate stock, and flags it for review.
- 6Automatic order confirmation.Once an order is sent, FieldKo creates a branded confirmation PDF with the line items, totals, the wholesaler's transmission reference and the store's signature. It emails the PDF to the store contact and copies the rep and anyone else you choose.
- 7Exceptions are handled for you.Failed orders are retried automatically. Your team gets one summary email listing what needs attention, and every attempt is logged in full. An admin can resend an order with one click.

Common questions
Do orders work offline?
Yes. Reps can build and submit orders with no signal. A turn-in order is held until every line item has synced, so a half-finished order is never sent.
Where do prices come from?
From the products, price books and contracts set up in Salesforce, so reps order from each store's own price list.
Which wholesalers can FieldKo send turn-in orders to?
Turn-in orders connect to the wholesaler's ordering system. Tell us which wholesalers you work with and we'll confirm the connection during setup.
What happens if an order fails?
Failed orders are retried automatically, and your team gets one summary email listing what needs attention. Partly received orders aren't resent, and an admin can resend an order with one click.
Can we report on orders in Salesforce?
Yes. Orders are Salesforce records, so you can report on them by rep, store or region, or against visit activity.
