Reporting

See what happened in every store, and what needs follow-up.

Visits, tasks, survey answers, photos and orders sync into Salesforce as records you can report on. Use Salesforce reports and dashboards, or connect the BI tool you already use.

The problem

Field data is only useful if managers can act on it.

Data, but no picture.Field teams collect a lot, but it ends up in spreadsheets nobody has time to read.
Activity, not execution.Counting visits doesn't show whether the work in store was done properly.
Another reporting system.Exporting field data to a separate tool means another login and another copy to keep up to date.
What it does

Questions

Common questions

Is reporting real time?

Reports show what has synced. A rep's work reaches Salesforce when their device syncs, which happens automatically through the day and at check-out.

Can we use Power BI?

Yes. BI tools connect to FieldKo objects through their standard Salesforce connector.

Do we have to build reports ourselves?

FieldKo includes report types for tasks, objectives, survey answers, orders, targets and ranging. We help set up your first reports and dashboards.

Can we report on why work wasn't done?

Yes. Reasons for unfinished tasks are recorded at check-out and sync with the visit.
