Store visits & territories

Every store covered, on a plan reps can follow.

Plan visits by call cycle and territory in Salesforce. Reps see their day in the FieldKo Atlas app, check in, do the work and check out. Managers see the outcome after each sync.

The problem

Coverage slips when the plan lives in a spreadsheet.

The plan is kept by hand.Call cycles, territories and visit frequency live in spreadsheets, so stores get missed or visited twice.
The day changes on the road. When a store closes early or a visit runs long, the plan and what really happened drift apart.
Managers find out late.Nobody can see which stores were visited until someone compiles a report.
What it does

Plan, schedule and track every visit.

Call cyclesPlanning periods for each rep. Every visit falls inside an active call cycle.
Visit Calendar and Visit PlannerManagers plan one-off and recurring visits for each rep, and clone visits or a whole call plan into a new period.
Call Planning and Account MapPlan visits from a list of accounts, or pick the stores from a map.
Visit frequencySet how often each account is visited. Accounts show Next Visit Due and Days since Last Checkout.
Route planningSuggest Route and Optimize Route show the day's route, distance and travel time in the app.
Reschedule in the appPress and hold a visit to reschedule, move, open or delete it. Reps can create recurring visits too.
Check in and check outA fresh location on each check-in and check-out, with the distance from the account recorded.
Transfer VisitsHand a rep's Not Started visits to someone else, for example while they're on leave.
Territory accessReps see the accounts your Salesforce sharing gives them, including account teams.

Questions

Common questions

Can we plan visits around our territories and call cycles?

Yes. Visits sit inside call cycles, and reps see the accounts your Salesforce sharing gives them. We map your territories and visit frequencies with you during setup.

Can reps change their own schedule?

Yes. Reps can reschedule, move or create visits in the app, including recurring visits, inside an active call cycle. Your admin controls what they can change.

When do managers see a completed visit?

After the rep's device syncs. The app syncs when it opens, at check-out and in the background, and keeps the visit on the device until then.

Does route planning work offline?

The visit map and route planning need a connection. The calendar, visits and check-in work offline.
