Who builds the surveys?

Your admin builds surveys in Salesforce and attaches them to tasks. We help set up the first ones during implementation.

Can surveys ask different questions based on an answer?

Surveys support numbered follow-up questions. Tell us the logic you need and we'll show you what is supported and what needs extra work.

Do surveys work offline?

Yes. Reps can answer surveys and take photos with no signal. Answers sync when the device is back online.

Can the product list in a survey change by store?

Product lists inside surveys aren't store-specific by default. Store-specific product checks are usually set up with core ranging and product sets instead.
