Build a survey without a developer

Trade marketing builds a new promo compliance survey with photo questions in Salesforce and has the first answers the next morning.

The story

Hannah · Trade marketing manager · Head office

The Christmas promo starts on Monday 1 December. On the Thursday before, Hannah builds the compliance survey herself in Salesforce: ten questions on stock, price, display and POS, three of them requiring a photo, with a "reason not built" picklist on the display question. She previews it, publishes it and attaches it to the promo campaign. Reps get it at their next sync. The first 23 answers arrive by 10:00 on Monday.
