Casual's visits moved by lunchtime
A casual merchandiser doesn't show, and the agency moves eight visits to the nearest colleague before lunch, so every brand's stores are still serviced.
Rachel · Agency operations manager · Sydney office
At 9:15 Rachel sees that Josh, a casual merchandiser, hasn't checked in to his first visit. He isn't answering. He has eight visits today across Randwick and Kingsford. In the Visit Planner she transfers all eight to Priya, who's working nearby and has an afternoon free. Priya syncs at 11:40 and the visits appear with their tasks. By 4:30 seven are done, and the eighth is moved to tomorrow with a reason.
Rachel transfers the visits at 9:20. Priya has them by 11:40.
