Field campaign to 300 stores in one go

Trade marketing sends the same five launch tasks to 312 stores in one campaign and tracks completion by region as reps sync.

The story

Hannah · Trade marketing manager · Head office

Hannah is launching a new cold brew line in 312 grocery stores on Monday 10 November. In Salesforce she creates one field campaign with five tasks: check ranging, build the display, place shelf talkers, photograph the bay and confirm price. She targets every store in the launch ranging group, assigns them to the reps who own the accounts and sets the due date for Friday 21 November. By Wednesday, 148 stores are complete, and she can see which regions are behind.

In Salesforce

Wednesday morning, two days in, Hannah opens the campaign.

  1. One campaign, every storeThe same tasks go to every store in the ranging group, so each rep sees the launch in their next visits.
  2. Assigned to the right repTasks follow account ownership, so nobody has to split a list by hand.
  3. Progress as reps syncCompletion updates by region and rep as visits sync, so Hannah chases the gaps in week one.
