Installed from AppExchange in an afternoon
A Salesforce admin installs FieldKo from AppExchange, assigns permission sets, and reps log in with their existing Salesforce username.
Chris · Salesforce admin · Head office
Chris installs the FieldKo packages from AppExchange into the company's sandbox at 1:00. He assigns the rep and manager permission sets to a pilot group of six users. At 2:30 one of the reps logs into FieldKo Atlas with her normal Salesforce username and sees her own accounts. There's no new identity provider, no middleware and no separate database. Field data will land in the same org as everything else, under the permissions Chris already manages.
The pilot group can log in the same afternoon.
