Monday morning download
A rep logs in with her Salesforce username and her whole week (accounts, visits and surveys) is on the phone before she leaves home.
Mia · Field rep · North Shore territory
At 7:30 on Monday, Mia opens FieldKo Atlas at her kitchen table and logs in with the same username she uses for Salesforce. There's no separate account to remember. The app downloads her 48 accounts, 12 visits for the week and 7 surveys in under a minute. By 7:32 the screen shows "Accounts refreshed successfully". She can now work the whole day without a signal and only needs to sync again when she gets home.
- The login she already hasReps sign in with their Salesforce username. There's no new identity for IT to manage.
- Only her accountsThe download follows Salesforce permissions, so Mia gets her own territory, not everyone's.
- Ready for no signalOnce downloaded, visits, tasks and surveys work offline for the rest of the day.
Her manager's team view shows Mia's device refreshed at 7:32.
Everything this visit sent back to Salesforce.
Each line is a record in your own org, under your permissions, reportable with the tools your team already uses.
