New phone, nothing lost
A rep checks Pending Changes is zero before logging out of her old phone, then logs in on the new one and her day downloads.
The story

Leah's new work phone arrives on Monday. Before she logs out of the old one, she saves her one open survey draft, turns on Sync Images and taps Sync. The Sync screen shows Total Records 0 and Total Images 0. She taps Logout & Clear Data. On the new phone she logs in with her Salesforce username, and her accounts, visits and surveys download. She starts her first visit at 8:00 as normal.

- Zero means safePending Changes shows exactly what's still on the phone. At zero records and zero images, nothing can be lost.
- A warning before anything is deletedIf unsynced photos remain, logout warns the rep first.
- The new phone sets itself upLogging in on the new phone downloads the rep's data again.
