New store, first visit

A rep signs up a new bottle shop in the app, with its contact and trading details, and completes the first visit in the same stop.

The story

Ben · Field rep · The Corner Cellar, Marrickville

The Corner Cellar opened in Marrickville three weeks ago. Ben walks in at 4:10 and meets the owner, Priya Shah. He creates the account in FieldKo Atlas: trading name, address, opening hours, and Priya as the main contact with her mobile and email. He then starts the first visit and runs the new outlet survey: range, fridge space and preferred delivery day. Everything is saved on the phone and reaches Salesforce when he syncs.
