Next quarter's visits, planned in one go

A territory manager creates a quarter of recurring visits for 140 stores at once, then fine-tunes the week in Call Planning.

The story

Dan · Territory manager · Inner West territory

On the last Friday of the quarter, Dan plans the next one. In Recurring Visits he selects 140 Inner West stores by filter: A-grade stores weekly and the rest fortnightly, each with the standard visit template. FieldKo emails him when the 1,092 visits are created. He then opens Call Planning for the first week, spots two stores on the same day at opposite ends of the territory, and moves one with a click.
