Problems we solve
The agency sends a timesheet, not evidence
You're paying for store visits. What comes back is hours on a timesheet and a handful of photos in an email.
What it looks like today
- No record of when the merchandiser arrived, or how close they were to the store.
- Before and after photos arrive days late, if they arrive, with no link to the job.
- Unfinished work is invisible; you find out from the shelf.
What changes
Every visit records check-in and check-out time and distance from the store. Pack-outs require before and after photos. Any task left undone needs a reason before check-out. Brand partners see their own stores, photos and compliance in a portal, and every completed visit has a summary PDF.
