Reason for every miss

The brand's report groups every task the agency didn't finish by the store's reason, so the agency's reporting is complete, not edited.

The story

Rachel · Agency operations manager · Sydney office

Rachel runs the monthly report for a snack brand: 486 tasks across 120 stores. 461 were completed. The other 25 are grouped by the reason the merchandiser recorded: 12 no stock, 8 refused by the store, 5 store closed for refit. Because no task can be left without a reason, the brand sees every gap, not a cleaned-up total. Rachel flags the eight refusals to the brand's account team to raise with the retailer.
