Recurring visit, already in the calendar
A fortnightly visit is set up once, and the next three are already in the merchandiser's app, so no store slips off the cycle.
Leah · Merchandiser · Metro Grocer Bondi Junction
Metro Grocer Bondi Junction needs a merchandising visit every second Thursday. Leah's manager set it up once in Salesforce as a recurring visit. On Monday morning Leah opens her calendar in FieldKo Atlas and the next three are already there: 6 November, 20 November and 4 December, each at 8:00 with the standard pack-out and shelf check. When she completes one, the call cycle report counts it against the store's target frequency.
- Set once, repeatedA recurring visit creates the series, so nobody books each fortnight by hand.
- The tasks come with itEach visit in the series carries the same tasks, so the standard work is done every time.
- Counted against the cycleCompleted visits count towards the store's visit frequency, so coverage is measured, not assumed.
The series is set up in Salesforce and shows in Leah's app after her next sync.
