A rep moves territory, her stores move with her
An admin reassigns 40 stores to a new rep, and their future visits, tasks and ranging move with the accounts.
Chris · Salesforce admin · Head office
Marco is moving from the Inner West to the North Shore on 1 December, and a new rep, Ava, takes over his 40 stores. Chris turns on the option to transfer future Not Started visits with an account, checks Ava has active call cycles for December, and mass-updates the 40 account owners. Their 186 future visits move to Ava with their tasks, and current ranging is shared with her. Both reps sync and reset, and Ava sees each store's full history.
The 40 stores and 186 visits show Ava as owner and sales rep.
