Six visits done mostly offline, one sync at 5:02, and every check-in, answer, order and photo is in Salesforce by 5:06.
Mia · Field rep · North Shore territory
Mia finishes her sixth visit at 4:48 and parks outside her house at 5:02. Two stores had no signal at all, and she never stopped to sync. She opens the Sync screen: 61 pending changes and 38 photos. She taps Sync. Records go first and finish in under a minute; the photos follow. By 5:06 the screen shows 0 pending changes and "Synced with Salesforce". Her day's work is already in the territory dashboard.
- One tap at the end of the dayReps don't have to find signal between stores. One sync uploads the whole day.
- You can see what's waitingPending Changes counts every record and photo still on the phone, so nothing goes missing.
- Managers see it tonightCheck-ins, survey answers, orders and photos are Salesforce records by 5:06, not a spreadsheet on Friday.
Mia's manager opens the territory dashboard at 5:15 and today's six visits are already there.
