A rep calls in sick and the territory manager moves eight visits to a colleague in two minutes, so every store is still covered.

The story

At 7:10 on Monday, Ella texts Dan that she's sick and will be off until Wednesday. She has eight visits booked across Monday and Tuesday. Dan opens the Visit Planner, selects all eight and transfers them to Marco, who covers the neighboring territory and has gaps on both days. It takes two minutes. Marco syncs at 7:45 and the eight stores appear in his app with their tasks, history and notes.
