Unfinished tasks, carried to the next visit
At check-out the rep copies two unfinished tasks to the store's next visit, so they're waiting for whoever goes next.
Tom · Territory rep · Corner Fresh Randwick
Tom checks out of Corner Fresh Randwick at 11:31 with two tasks not done: the promo display, because stock hasn't arrived, and a price check, because the manager needed the aisle. At check-out he chooses to copy unfinished tasks. Next Visit To Do's opens with both selected. He adds a note, "Promo stock due Thursday", and saves. The store's next visit, already planned for Tuesday, now carries both tasks and the note.
- Nothing left behindAt check-out, unfinished tasks and surveys can be copied straight to the next visit.
- Lands on the next visitIf a visit is already planned, the tasks are added to it. If not, they go on the next visit created for that store.
- A note for whoever goes nextThe to-do can carry a note and an assignee, so the next person knows why.
Tom syncs at 11:35. Tuesday's visit already shows the two carried tasks.
