Which fields sync to which rep

A Salesforce admin limits which objects, fields and records go to each device, so reps carry only the data they need.

The story

Chris · Salesforce admin · Head office

Chris's security review asks what data sits on reps' phones. In FieldKo's sync settings he can show exactly that. Reps receive only accounts they own or are on the account team for, about 50 each. Account credit limits and payment terms are excluded from the sync. Merchandisers don't receive orders or price books at all. The change reaches devices at their next sync, and the security team signs off the same week.
