Cooler purity check
A rep photographs the brand's own cooler in a quick-service restaurant and finds a competitor's drinks on two shelves.
Josh · Field rep · Burger Bar, Parramatta
Josh visits Burger Bar in Parramatta at 2:30, after the lunch rush. The brand supplied the venue's drinks cooler on the condition that it holds only the brand's products. He opens the Cooler Purity Survey and photographs each of the four shelves. Shelves one and two hold a competitor's energy drinks, about 30% of the cooler. He records a purity score of 70%, notes the owner's name, and a task is created for his next visit.
Vision AI is a paid add-on.
- Shelf by shelfThe survey asks for a photo of each shelf, so the score is backed by evidence.
- A score that comparesPurity is scored the same way in every venue, so the worst coolers are easy to find.
- The follow-up is bookedA low score raises a task on the account, so the conversation happens at the next visit.
Josh syncs at 3:05. The cooler shows on the purity report with its photos.
