Field data in Slack, Chatter and Claude
Visit results post to a Slack channel, and the FieldKo connector answers "which stores missed the promo?" in Claude.
Rob · National sales manager · Head office
Rob doesn't open dashboards every day. Instead, every promo miss posts to the team's Slack channel as reps sync, with the store, the reason and the photo. On Wednesday at 8:15 he asks Claude, through the FieldKo connector, "Which Queensland stores missed the summer display this week, and why?" The answer lists seven stores and their reasons, drawn from the same Salesforce records. He forwards it to the state manager before 8:30.
Both the Slack posts and Claude's answer come from the same synced visit records.
