Liam needs Friday off for a family appointment. Sitting in the car between visits at 12:30 on Tuesday, he submits a leave request in FieldKo Atlas for Friday 21 November. His manager, Dan, sees it in Salesforce at 2:00 and approves it. Liam's five Friday visits are transferred to Marco, who covers the next territory. When Liam syncs that evening, Friday is marked as leave in his calendar.
