Large order, approved before it ships
Any order over $5,000 is sent for approval when it syncs, and the key account manager approves it in Salesforce.
The story
Rob · National account manager · Head office
Liam takes a $7,840 order at Trade Depot Alexandria for a new fastener range. His company sends any order of $5,000 or more for approval when it's created. When Liam syncs at 11:10, a flow submits the order, and Rob, the key account manager, gets the request. He checks the account's credit and the range agreement and approves it at 11:35. Liam sees the approval after his next sync.
