Problems we solve

Orders get re-keyed twice

Your rep takes the order in store. Then someone types it into an email, and someone else types it into the wholesaler's system.

What it looks like today

  • Orders are written down and keyed in later, sometimes the next day.
  • Prices and products are corrected after the fact because the rep quoted the wrong list.
  • The store has no receipt, and head office can't see what was ordered until it ships.

What changes

Reps build orders from the account's own price book, and the store manager signs on the phone, even offline. Turn-in orders are checked and sent to the wholesaler with a transmission reference, the store gets a PDF confirmation, and head office sees every order and its status in Salesforce.
