Orders this week, by wholesaler
Sales ops sees every turn-in order sent this week, by wholesaler and status, with references to chase the two that were rejected.
Nadia · Sales operations manager · Head office
On Friday at 2:00, Nadia opens the turn-in orders list view. Reps sent 214 orders this week to four wholesalers. 209 are confirmed, three are still awaiting confirmation and two were rejected for a discontinued product code. Each order shows its transmission reference, so she sends the two rejections back to the reps with the corrected product before the 4:00 cut-off. Nobody has to search email to find out what was ordered.
Orders appear as reps sync during the week.
