Store contact changed at the counter

A hardware store has a new manager, and the rep updates the contact and preferred visit day in the app before he leaves.

The story

Liam · Field rep · Trade Depot Alexandria

At Trade Depot Alexandria, Liam meets Grace, who took over as store manager last week. The account still shows the previous manager. He adds Grace as the main contact with her mobile and email, marks the old contact as left, and notes that she prefers visits on Tuesday mornings, not Fridays. After he syncs, the next visit in the call cycle moves to Tuesday, and the sales team has the right name for their next call.

  3. Everyone has the right nameThe change syncs to Salesforce, so sales and head office stop emailing someone who has left.
In Salesforce, after sync

Liam syncs at 11:10. The account and the call cycle are both updated.
