Power BI: visits vs sales by territory

The commercial director puts FieldKo visit data next to sell-out data in Power BI and sees which territories' visits move sales.

The story

Anna · Commercial director · Head office

Anna's board wants to know whether the field team is worth its cost. Her analyst connects FieldKo's visit data in Salesforce to Power BI alongside 13 weeks of sell-out data. Stores visited on cycle grew sales 6.2% over the quarter; stores that missed two or more visits grew 1.4%. Two territories with the lowest call cycle adherence also had the flattest sales. Anna takes the chart to the board and a plan to fix coverage in those two territories.
