Check-in flagged, 1.2 km from the store
A check-in made far from the store is flagged with its distance, so managers review exceptions instead of every visit.
Dan · Territory manager · Inner West territory
Dan runs the check-in compliance report on Monday. Of 214 completed visits last week, three carry a compliance reason. Two read "Checked in 1200 meter(s) away from Store". One reads "Location is Not Enabled". The two distance flags are the same rep at the same shopping center, where the store's pin sits at the wrong entrance. Dan has the account's location corrected. The third is a rep with location switched off, and he asks her to turn it back on.
The allowed distance is an admin setting for check-in location checks.
- Only the exceptionsA check-in farther than your allowed distance gets a compliance reason, so managers look at three visits, not 214.
- The distance, in wordsThe reason says how far away the check-in was, or that location was off.
- Sometimes it's the dataA repeat flag at one store often means its map pin is wrong, which is quick to fix.
