Client portal: this week's visits
A brand logs into the agency's portal and sees its own stores, photos and compliance for the week, and nothing from any other brand.
Sophie · Brand account manager · [Brand]
On Friday at 4:00, Sophie, the brand's account manager, logs into the agency's portal. She sees this week's 48 visits to her brand's stores: check-in times, tasks completed, before and after photos and promo compliance at 92%. Four stores missed the display, each with a reason. She doesn't see any other brand the agency works for. She downloads two photos for her own Monday report and doesn't need to email the agency.
The portal runs on Salesforce Experience Cloud, on the agency's own org.
- Each brand sees its own workThe portal shows a brand only its own stores and visits.
- The evidence, not a summaryPhotos, times and reasons come straight from the merchandisers' visits.
- Fewer Friday emailsBrands answer their own questions, so the agency's team isn't compiling reports.
