A quarter of shelf photos, exported for an audit
An admin exports a quarter's survey answers and photos for a retailer audit, using standard Salesforce tools.

A retailer asks for every promo compliance photo from its 86 stores last quarter. Chris uses Data Loader to export the quarter's survey answers for the promo survey, filtered to that retailer: 1,032 answers with their attachment links. He pulls the 1,218 photos from the linked Salesforce Files and sends the pack, with the answers in a spreadsheet, by Thursday. The data never left the company's own Salesforce org until he chose to export it.
The export is drawn from records already in the org.
