The story

Anna · Commercial director · Head office

Anna opens the perfect store dashboard before the Monday leadership meeting. Across 412 stores, the perfect store score is 78%, coverage is 94%, call compliance is 91% and on-shelf availability is 96%. The bottom row lists the ten lowest-scoring stores, the out-of-stock products and the overdue stores. Three of the ten weakest stores are also overdue. She asks the state manager to visit those three this week.
