Promo compliance by region, Tuesday morning

Two days into a promo, the national sales manager sees compliance by state and rep, and drills into the photos from stores that missed it.

The story

Rob · National sales manager · Head office

Rob opens the promo compliance dashboard at 8:30 on Tuesday, two days into the summer promo. 184 stores have been visited. 151 are fully compliant, 82%. Queensland is lowest at 64%, and most misses are "display not built". He clicks into the 11 Queensland stores that missed, sees the photos the reps took, and messages the state manager before 9:00 with the list of stores to revisit this week.

  1. Built from survey answersEvery merchandiser answered the same compliance survey, so the dashboard compares like with like.
  2. The reason, not just the scoreEach miss carries the reason the rep recorded, so Rob knows it's displays, not stock.
  3. The photos are one click awayFrom any tile, Rob drills to the store and the shelf photos behind the answer.
