Shelf Health Scorecard trend
Trade marketing tracks one retailer's shelf score over six cycles and sees it rise from 71% to 86% after a pack-out campaign.
Hannah · Trade marketing manager · Head office
Hannah is preparing for the quarterly review with a grocery retailer's buyer. She opens the Shelf Health Scorecard report for the retailer's 86 stores across the last six visit cycles. The average score was 71% in July. After the August pack-out campaign it climbed each cycle, to 86% in October. Facings drove most of the gain. She drills into the eight stores still under 70%, and takes the chart and that list into the meeting.
The chart updates as each cycle's visits sync.
