Visit summary PDF to the store

At check-out, the rep emails the store a one-page summary of what was done, so the store manager has a record too.

The story

Sam · Territory rep · Harbour Pharmacy Coogee

Sam checks out of Harbour Pharmacy Coogee at 2:39. The pharmacy manager, Helen, asked last month for a record of what he does on each visit. At check-out he chooses to email the visit summary to her. The PDF lists the check-in and check-out times, nine tasks completed, the sun care survey score and the new SPF bay photo. It sends when he syncs at 2:43, and a copy stays on the visit in Salesforce.
